Boardwalk sculptures |

Boardwalk, in
addition to the
incomparable
setting in which
it is located,
has other
attractions for
passers-by:

the Monument
to the tourist
(this piece of art by the sculptor Rosa Serra, is located on the boardwalk in front of the Salatar beach. It represents two tourists of normal height, a symbol dedicated to the tourists who come and visit the town by the people of Roses.)

the Monument to
the Fishermen
(it is located on the Rhode avenue, right opposite the tourist office. This monument made of leaded glass is crowned by the sculpture of the same name. It was constructed in 1990 by the sculptor Domènec Fita and dedicated to all the sea folks.)

Washingtonia

Tamarisk
(one rises up projecting up among the other date palms and is located right behind the Fishermen Monument, while the other is inside a house on the boardwalk facing the Rastrell
