It is a new and spectacular building, that deserved the FAD2003 reward, equipped with multifunctional spaces to hold conferences, conventions, meetings, events and concerts. It is located downtown and is the star of a big open space formed by an area of 1300 square meter and a parking place for 100 cars.
It is the main space of the building. The seats are placed in a retractable tier so they can be removed. In this case you can enjoy a free and useful space of 383 m2 to hold any kind of activity. Its maximum capacity is 410 people (6 places for wheelchairs) and the stage measures 185 m2.
The theatre hall is a rectangular shaped space of 168 m2 and serves as the auditorium hall. It is the place where the coffee-breaks are normally served. It is perfect to hold conferences and cocktails. It is separated from the Mirror's Room by a disassembling platform so it can turn into a free space of 282 m2 to hold any activity. It has got two accesses to the first floor.
A 114 m2 rectangular space. It receives natural light through several high windows. You reach it through the main hall or from outside. It can be joined to the main hall to form only one single space of 282 m2. It is the ideal place for an exposition area.
A 85 m2 space located on the first floor of the front building. It can be seen from outside the building through its huge glass window. It is the perfect place for holding conferences, presentations, expositions and coffee-breaks. You can reach it through the main hall or from the auditorium.
It is a 57 m2 space, strategically placed on the first floor above the main hall, from where you can control the building entrance and hall area through a wide glass. It is the perfect place for the congress control department or to hold meetings, conferences or classes.
It is a 98 m2 rectangular room with a big and sunny terrace next to it. It has got enough capacity to be the Congress Control Zone or for holding meetings or conferences.
This floor also has 8 different rooms of 18m2 to 30m2 for holding small meetings or any required activity, such as press or internet area.
