1. Why book with roses.net?

Roses.net offers a wide range of simple, clean, accessible and well deserved establishments, located near downtown and places of interest. Our goal is to offer accomodation with the best value for money, in hotels, B&Bs and apartments. Roses.net is a simple and easy to use online reservation website, where you get an instantaneous confirmation for the dates selected. No complications and no delay.

2. Can I get a better price if I book directly with the establishment?

The accommodation price can vary according to the occupancy, season and predicted requests.
We work in accordance with all the establishments' prices parity. In most cases, we have negotiated lower prices for our website.

3. How are the rooms? How do I know if I will like the establishment?

All our establishments offer clear photos and a detailed description. Some of them even have a video. Moreover, they are indicated on our town map, which will allow you to find out exactly where they are located. We encourage all our customers to leave a comment or feedback on the establishment they visited, that way you will also be able to consult the other travelers' point of view.

4. How do I get to Roses from the Barcelona airport "El Prat"?

There are three possibilities in public transportation: train, bus or taxi.

Train: the RENFE train service has an approximate frequency of 30 minutes and stops at Sants and Plaza de Catalunya right downtown. The trip is about 30 minutes long. Then you will have to take a different train to Figueres, which will be approx. a two-hour journey. From Figueres to Roses, you will find buses that run every 30 minutes approx. (www.sarfa.com)

5. How do I get to Roses from the Girona-Costa Brava airport?

There are direct buses from the Girona-Costa Brava airport to the Roses main bus station. More information: www.sagales.com

6. What do I have to do if I want to modify the number of nights or persons in my booking?

It is possible to modify the booking simply by sending an email to info@roses.net, respecting the establishment cancellation policy deadlines. Please note that a booking change is submitted to vacancy.

7.What happens with my credit card information?

In order to make and guarantee the reservation, 3000 Anfocat SL will be obliged to give your credit card information to the booked establishment. (All the credit card information is automatically deleted from the establishment extranet seven days after your date of departure.)

8. Is the payment system secure?

Yes, it is. The information inserted at the moment of payment is encrypted by an SSL system, and is by no means accessed by a third party. YOUR DATA SAFETY IS VERY IMPORTANT TO US. We use the "Secure Sockets Layer" (SSL) software from VeriSign which guarantees the encryption of the credit card data sent via the internet, preventing third party access to this information. This software ensures that every transaction is 100% secure. After making the booking, you will receive an email confirmation with the payment details and booked dates, as well as the address, phone number and email of the establishment where you have made the booking. You will then have to pay the rest of the amount at your arrival at the establishment, according to the approved means of payment.

9. Can the booking confirmation be sent along with the hotel address? What happens if I did not receive the confirmation email?

All the details of your reservation, as well as the hotel email and phone number, are included in the confirmation email that you will receive upon completing the booking. Please make sure the email does not go to your spam box. If you lose this confirmation email, please contact us.

10.Is the town safe?

Just like in any tourist town, one has to pay extra attention especially in the busiest areas. The most frequent complaint filings are generally related to purse snatching, but the robbery rate is quite low. The best way to avoid this kind of incident is to be careful and watchful.

11. What happens if I decide to cancel my booking?

Please note that each establishment applies its own cancellation policy. You can consult it at any time during the booking process in our website but also in your booking confirmation email. 


(i) In order to cancel a reservation, you must send an email to
info@roses.net  and according to the cancellation deadlines specified by the establishment, which is detailed in your confirmation email. For further information, please consult the cancellation policy in your confirmation email.


(ii) You can also cancel your reservation using the cancellation option online. Simply click on the following link: cancellation and choose the hotel you made the reservation at, enter your ID code and reservation number and follow the instructions. You will immediately receive a cancellation email with all the details.

12. What happens in case of a late cancellation? (if cancelled after the specified deadline or if no show)

If you cancel your reservation after the required deadline, or in case of a no show, the establishment will be forced to bill one night plus tax for each room reserved.

Roses.net blocks the calendar for the room or apartment reserved as soon as the booking is made until the date of arrival. Should you decide to make a late cancellation, or a no show at the reserved establishment, these booked nights will be lost. Therefore, the prepaid amount paid online will not be refunded, or deducted from the amount paid at your arrival, but will be used to cover the loss inflicted on both roses.net and the establishment.

13. We travel with children, can extra beds or cribs  be reserved?

We recommend you book the number of rooms according to the number of people traveling. If you cannot find a room big enough for all, please consult the hotel and its conditions related to children. If the hotel offers baby cribs or extra beds, you must make a request in the COMMENT box and the hotel will do its best to fulfill your request. The cost for these extras is not included at the time of reservation. Roses.net cannot confirm the availability of these extra beds or cribs.

14. How can I find the price of a hotel in particular?

When the hotel has been chosen as well as the selected dates, click on "availability" to see the available room rates.

15. How do I know if the hotel has parking and how can I reserve it?

The parking availability and price appear under the "Hotel facilities" section. If needed to be paid in advance, we recommend you contact directly the hotel, which information you will find on your confirmation email.

16. How do I know if my reservation has been confirmed?

Once you have completed all the process steps, you will need to click on "Book". You will be then directed to the confirmation page where the reference number will appear. You will also receive a confirmation email.

17. Where can I find the hotel phone number and email?

Upon completing the reservation, you will receive a confirmation email, with the hotel email, phone number and fax number. Once the reservation has been made, you will be able to print it.

18. Where can I find the hotel address?

The hotel address appears at the top part of the page but also in the booking confirmation.

 19. Can I book by phone?

Yes, you can. Phone number: +34 972 980980. Our offices are open from 10:00am till 8:00pm, Monday through Friday.

20. What is the access code or ID code and why do I need it?

The ID code is an automatically generated reference. The unique combination formed with the reservation number and the ID code will allow you to cancel the booking thanks to our webpage. We recommend you do not reveal the ID code.

21. What does the price include?

Under the room information you will find a complete list of what is included in the price. The services that are not included will have to be agreed on directly at the hotel once you have made the reservation (for instance parking, tranfers...).
