In compliance with the Spanish law on the Personal Database Protection (PDP) and its established bylaw, 3000 Anfocat SL informs you that the clients personal information will be kept in the "CLIENTS DATABASE" file and will be used in order to book a suggested establishment informing you about the progress of your reservation, for future activities and promotions purposes, but also to carry out a quality control after your stay at the establishment.

In order to make and guarantee the booking, 3000 Anfocat SL will necessarily communicate the personal information to the establishment the client wishes to book, including the credit card information (the credit card information will be automatically deleted from the establishment extranet system seven days after date of departure), which will necessarily be used with the sole purpose of carrying out the completion of the contract.

Lastly, and in compliance with the 34.e) article of the PDP, the client will agree on the transfer of his personal information to the recipient and according to the terms and conditions stipulated above. 3000 Anfocat SL guarantees a confidential handling of your personal information and also guarantees that the server in which will be kept and handled this information is provided with the necessary security measures in order to prevent any access by an unauthorized third party.
